Resilient Women Rise is a community offering encouragement and advice for strong women everywhere.

Creator of Resilient Women RiseLori Larsen_Resilient Women Rise

I am a 30-something, down to earth, positively-charged woman who is trying to navigate through life with less anxiety than what is necessary. I am also a self-proclaimed perfectionist with nicknames like ‘freakishly-efficient’ and ‘chaos coordinator’. Why? Because of the hard work I exude as a professional.

This virtual community came about because I wanted a space for women from all walks of life to come together, vent to each other, and guide one another through personal and professional challenges we all face. Why? Well, my corporate position as a Marketing Director was eliminated during the COVID pandemic crisis in April 2020. Needless to say, I was at a total loss for what to do. Living in a rural Michigan community with few job opportunities, I decided to focus on my mental health and put my energy towards figuring out what my passions were. One of my main passions is helping people. I want to help women share their stories, start conversations with one another and lift each other up. So, Resilient Women Rise was born.

Resilient Women Rise features beautiful products that are available for purchase to help inspire you, or your friends, to be brave and take the [necessary] steps toward achieving your goals whether they be career or health-related. We all need a little inspiration here and there and it’s so much fun sending gifts to our friends and family…am I right?!

There is also a Resilient Women Rise social media community on Facebook and Instagram for you to connect with other like-minded women and provide support for one another. If you want to personally connect with me, add me on LinkedIn! I encourage you to ask questions and offer advice on all of these channels. Help me inspire the community to grow and flourish!

“Whatever you do, be different – that was the advice my mother gave me, and I can’t think of better advice for an entrepreneur. If you’re different, you will stand out.” — Anita Roddick
